I have a recipe which isn't written in any book, and I wish more people would have known it. It isn't an ordinary recipe for another chicken soup. It's a recipe for life and each one of us has the ingredients and it cost nothing, just pick at least three and do it every day. Good luck!
The list:
*Smile to someone
*Make someone happy
*Pat someone's shoulder
*Give a compliment
*Think big! Be better!
*Look on the bright side of life
*Thank the lord for what you got
*Sing a song
*Make a move, DANCE
*Set an example
*Be positive! Think and talk positively
*Give and give without wanting back
*Pay attention to your friend, is he alright?
*Hope, believe, be happy! And you'll find out that in times like these you learn to live again, you learn to love again.

I chose to work with Tom about self- esteem. Tom is in the eleventh grade. She lives in my neighborhood and she is the cutest! She is the youngest daughter and she has two big brothers.
April 26th - First meeting: I asked Tom what self esteem is. What is the definition for 'self esteem'? After writing it down we read different statements about self evaluation and self-esteem we analyzed it and talked about the conclusions. Then we opened the encyclopedia and looked up the accurate definition to the term.
May 1st – Second meeting: (the personal direction) I discussed with Tom a few questions and we had a conversation. The purpose was to elicit from Tom information about herself, so she will be aware to her feeling and so we can understand why does she underestimate herself? I asked her the following questions: which factors cause you to estimate yourself? When people give you complements how and what does it make you feel? Etc and we got some insights.
May 8th – Third meeting: we summarized together what we have learnt and decided to make a personal letter out of it and a song played on the background using the Audacity and Photostory and here is our final product:

Well I have listened to the last podcast on Youtube. To be more correct this podcast is actually a lecture by Pro. Randy Pausch, it is hour and a half lecture. He was a Pro to computer science when he died of cancer. The first thing that got me while watching is when he started the lecture the crowd stood and gave him applause so he said to them "make me earn it" and they said back:" You did". The man is so smart and will leave you amazed but yet he was so humble and modest despite all what he had.
The lecture is about the life, how to deal with our problems in life and the main thing is how to realize our dreams. He shares with us experiences from his own personal life but at the end he does something very tricky.
I highly recommend seeing it, there is the book which called also the last lecture.

I have listened to President Obama Addresses Economic crisis.
I like the way he speaks! He speaks eloquently and confidently. His language has some sort of musical tune.
The president presents his plan to rehabilitate the Economy of U.S. What he says is actually making sense but obviously it'll take some time, even two or three years.
Well, the point is to create places of work and employment and simultaneously to improve things which are needed to be improved in number of realms like Education, infrastructure and foundations etc. For instance to built roads and bridges, to bring into the system of Education more teachers so it will be easier on the others and more beneficial.
The second point is to keep the money going. The situation now is people who lose their jobs and eventually their salary, the money. As a result they will cut their means, spend less money and the cyclicality of the money will diminished. In order to avoid this situation, which already happened, the government has to encourage employment and raise the flow of money in the market.

So I finally finished my advertisement and photo story. I would like to tell you about each one of them and to share with you my experience.
My advertisement is actually a recommendation of a movie, a movie about education.
When I finished watching the film I was so inspired by it that I had actually grabbed a paper and wrote down tips related to working with children, not only in school but also in our privet home as a parents, as sister or brother or even as a baby- sitter.
In addition, the movie features another interesting aspect related to the teacher's life, but I will not tell you about it, you will have to watch it yourself.
It is not just another film about education. It is more than that! But there's a catch. In order to find out about the movie and its name you will have to listen to my podcast than you can watch this on YouTube. Have a pleasant watching!
My photo story is about Israel and not about a specific city or place in Israel. Because I really could not choose, especially when the time was days of war and I felt so mach Israel. To tell you the truth I am more familiar with the northern side of our country than the southern, obviously because where I live. But here I am more familiar with the nature and the mountains. I have not been yet to a lot of cities in Israel. For instance if the college was not located in Holon I don’t think that I would ever have visited there, I haven’t been to Bnei- Brak or Rishon- letezion , that is why I'm willing, for now, to visit the cities of Israel through your Photo story. I am going to have an Israel blogging- tour.
I had just visited Bnei- Brak (by Yael Vrubel) I did not know there is hotel there… cool! It was also very amazing to see that they actually have this system in the city follows by the roles of our religion. I also had a quick visit in Tzfat (by Michal Kahan) and I had a pleasant company- the claizmerim.
I will rest a bit and I hope to continue visit J
