FINAL PROJECT
I have a recipe which isn't written in any book, and I wish more people would have known it. It isn't an ordinary recipe for another chicken soup. It's a recipe for life and each one of us has the ingredients and it cost nothing, just pick at least three and do it every day. Good luck!
The list:
*Smile to someone
*Make someone happy
*Pat someone's shoulder
*Give a compliment
*Think big! Be better!
*Look on the bright side of life
*Thank the lord for what you got
*Sing a song
*Make a move, DANCE
*Set an example
*Be positive! Think and talk positively
*Give and give without wanting back
*Pay attention to your friend, is he alright?
*Hope, believe, be happy! And you'll find out that in times like these you learn to live again, you learn to love again.

I chose to work with Tom about self- esteem. Tom is in the eleventh grade. She lives in my neighborhood and she is the cutest! She is the youngest daughter and she has two big brothers.
April 26th - First meeting: I asked Tom what self esteem is. What is the definition for 'self esteem'? After writing it down we read different statements about self evaluation and self-esteem we analyzed it and talked about the conclusions. Then we opened the encyclopedia and looked up the accurate definition to the term.
May 1st – Second meeting: (the personal direction) I discussed with Tom a few questions and we had a conversation. The purpose was to elicit from Tom information about herself, so she will be aware to her feeling and so we can understand why does she underestimate herself? I asked her the following questions: which factors cause you to estimate yourself? When people give you complements how and what does it make you feel? Etc and we got some insights.
May 8th – Third meeting: we summarized together what we have learnt and decided to make a personal letter out of it and a song played on the background using the Audacity and Photostory and here is our final product:
